Depok – The state office of the counsel for the prosecution of Depok endures two suspects social fund corruption case in health sector formally. The two suspects are MH, who is the former of the Chairman Health Department of Depok City and YE as the organizing of supplying health equipment. They have been declared corrupting, that is supplying two health equipments which not appropriate with the ceiling budget. “Giving the social fund for supplying health equipment is not appropriate with process and there is mark up action,” Zulkilfli, who is the chairman of the state office of the counsel for the prosecution of Depok, said to reporters on Tuesday (13/4) in Depok. Zulkifli said that the ceiling budget of two health equipments reach Rp 800 million. “The two suspects got Rp 400 million for each other,” he said. The supplying health equipment of social fund those are the ears, nose and throat checker, and also the eyes scanner which are given to two hospitals in Depok, Hasanah Graha Afiah Hospital (HGA) and Simpangan Depok Hospital. The chairman of the state office of the counsel for the prosecution said that the two suspects have corrupted which suffered the country. However, he could not mention how much the suffer which caused by their action. “The suffer is still counted by BPK (the money inspector). So, we do not know the fix number yet,” Sofyan, who is the administrative section head of the court of Depok, said.
