Two leaderships of Corruption Eradication Commission, Chandra M Hamzah and Bibid Samad Riyanto, this Tuesday (15/9) are back to fulfill requested of Indonesian National Police Headquarters.

Before come to Indonesian National Police Headquarters, Bibid Samad Riyanto confessed, Corruption Eradication Commission really appreciates law process. Because of that, he and Chandra M Hamzah prepare to fulfill of Indonesian National Police Headquarters today.

“We appreciate the law process. So, we come to fulfill requested of police. We hope we can give what we capable to give,” said Bibid to White Solidarity Anti-Corruption Action mass in Corruption Eradication Commission building, Jakarta, Tuesday (15/9).

Arrival White Solidarity Anti-Corruption Action mass to the Corruption Eradication Commission building is to give their support to the leadership of Corruption Eradication Commission which was called by Indonesian National Police Headquarters.

Jakarta- ICW accused Ministry of Foreign Affairs which give administrative sanction for official who implicated in indication airplane’s ticket corruption case as effort to blur law fact. However, this pronouncement was protected by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs. “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs dispute the ICW Pronouncement,” said the speaker of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Teuku Faizasyah to detikcom, Thursday, (18/2/2010).

Faizasyah explained giving sanction for related official as form of their institution deft attitude. Besides that, Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been weaved good communication with attorney general to solve this problem in law domain.

“On the act of expressing process and investigation this case keep develop communication with attorney general to solve this case through the law way. Proactively, Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been related with attorney general relating their capacity as law upholder institution,” said he clearly.

To continue, Faizasyah requested this sign corruption case do not be caught with the appointment an ambassador or the chief of delegation in foreign. The selection of ambassador process or the chief of delegation has gone on since May 2009.
